"This was my first time staying at the hotel, and overall it was wonderful. The front desk had a hiccup at the time of check in (computer systems were offline and they could not complete check-ins). However, they offered me a GC for food/drinks, and 30 minutes later the proceeded to manually get me checked in so I could go to my room. I would absolutely stay here again! "

"We stayed here for a night for a layover enroute to another city. It’s very convenient and offers transfers from the airport. Rooms are spacious and the hotel has a good choice of restaurants. "I loved it there.. The room was pretty big and the staff did their best to keep it clean! Only the receptionist seemed a bit unfriendly and not interested at the check out. The lady that did the check in on the other hand was really lovely and friendly. I still don’t know if I get my caution back or not coz the check out women didn’t said anything. Thanks for that :) It’s a lovely area and I would stay there again if I would come back to LA. "
