"This was our second stay, and once again the staff are the shine atop an already exceptional property. There was a mix up with the Expedia booking but we weren’t even aware because the gentleman at the desk immediately called the desk at the attached sister hotel, The Savoy, and we were upgraded into a room there. Rooms in both hotels are beautifully appointed and maintained with all of the gorgeous charm we love in Italy. The Savoy had a few more room perks such as a soaker tub with bath salts...

There was a parking close to the hotel so if you have a car don't worry. The worst thing was the cleanness of the room. "Nice hotel. Location is a bit far from old town (industrial area). No Uber in Genova, so taxis are a hit or miss, they can charge you whatever they want, you never know what you are going to pay. Expedia charged me for breakfast (I paid for it) but it doesn't show up on the reservation. A weird glitch, but still not right. Be aware."
