I called the week before our arrival and asked for restaurant recommendations for New Years Eve and the front desk referred us to the Brassiere Louis (connected to the hotel) which was lacking in service and more than twice what other restaurants charged for an evening meal. Disappointed that they stated they had Airport Transfer but we were charge $75.00 for a 15 minute ride -- taxi service would have only been $25.00"

"The property was easily accessible through public transportation, Bus 3 from the Main Train Station. The room was really clean and fresh. Loved the free mini-bar items. The staff were the best. They make one feel welcome."

"This hotel was awesome. Never stayed in a hotel like this before. It was a fun hotel and very cool. The signs were so funny. The only issue we had was the morning of our checkout which was supposed to be 12nn, we couldn’t get in a few mins before 11am. My husband went down to the lobby I think like 3 times and each time had a new card to try. It turns out the lock was not adjusted for the checkout time or something. I don’t know but it was annoying since we needed to catch a train. Good thing...

"This hotel is in an excellent location near the airport, near a tram and train line if you want to go into the city center and it also has an airport shuttle. The staff are super friendly and very helpful and speak. One than one language. My only pet peeve would be the pillows. I found the pillows to be too soft and it made for a difficult sleep. One suggestion would be to perhaps have an option of trading in your soft pillow for a more firmer pillow."
