"Staff were so friendly and helpful"

"Great one night stay here for the grand theatre Wolverhampton. Only £6/7 in a taxi there. Couldn't really find a nice hotel in the town centre, so found this gem. It's kept it's old gothic style with all modern furnishings. Lovely dining room. My one and only complaint was the pillows were hard. But suited my friend that stayed with me, so just personal choice. Amazing staff. Nice walk down the lane to nice pub too. "

"Excellent location for access to canal side bars and restaurants and central Birmingham. Comfortable room which had good facilities and was clean and well presented. We didn't eat breakfast but attended a function and the food was lovely. Staff all friendly and helpful. Nice bar on ground floor. We were on the 11th floor and the road noise at night was noticeable but the hotel did provide ear-plugs. We parked in Q-Park which was an easy walk and there is a drop off outside the hotel for...
