"Fabulous hotel 5 minutes walk from the ICC Aircon was a godsend in the heat had the best 2 nights sleep . Breakfast buffet was really great and all the staff so friendly "

"Check in team were excellent we were early so took bags, went back remembered my name which was nice touch! Every member of staff couldn’t help more. Hotel is lovely, room was lovely only thing was no fridge but not a big issue! Breakfast was great and the bar was lovely with good cocktails!! Highly recommended! "

"The hotel was fabulous. We were immediately given an upgrade, as somone had been smoking in our allocated room. Biggest disappintment was that free hotel transfer to airport didnt start early enough for us, and wouldnt be running to bring to hotel , those on late flights. We ordered a taxi via hotel to take us to airport for early flight and taxi was 1/ 2 late. "
