"The hotel is in overall good condition, but the service in the pool area is poor. The crew has no initiative even to collect dirty glasses, pool umbrellas are in poor quantity or condition and some raw material for the drinks were missing and replaced without the guest knowledge. We also had an ant infestation in our suite, taking a long time for the maintenance to check. Overall the property lacks management and training when compared to the best days after reopening."

"The hotel is classically beautiful with its spacious rooms, colourfully and tastefully decorated. I'm not surprised many celebrities have stayed there! The bed is super comfortable and the blackout blinds left all the day light outside so we could have a nice lie in the next morning. The hotel is super clean and tidy.
