"Just completed a weeks stay at the Atlantica Caldera Palace, our first all inclusive. Very much a fly and flop holiday (so no excursions / exploring). Caldera Palace was fantastic, a great room, lovely facilities, great food and exceptional staff (always smiling and helpful) - would we go again, absolutely; would we recommend, definitely."

"I recently stayed at this hotel with my family, and it was perfect for us, especially for the kids. The rooms were big, clean, and comfortable. The best part was the many pools and the awesome water park that kept the kids busy all day. The food was great too, with lots of options and no lines, even though the hotel was full. However, there are a couple of things that could be better. The kids' play area is in the sun, so it's too hot to use during the day. It would be great if there was an air-conditioned area for kids who need a break from the pool. Also, the daily room cleaning wasn't the best. Used glasses weren't replaced, and the room didn't feel thoroughly cleaned. Despite these issues, we had a fantastic time and would love to come back."

"Unbelievable from start to finish. We had a premier suite with a private pool which was incredible. The hotel team were amazing and so welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they really made the stay memorable. Restaurants were great with plenty of choice. Service around the pool was fantastic and the cleaning services were perfect. I highly recommend this hotel for any couple looking for a quiet, relaxing getaway "
