"Fantastic rustic and rural getaway in Crete. Staff all extremely friendly and helpful, nothing was too big an ask. Everyone we met on the trip were also very friendly and kind. The resort itself is pretty faultless, every member of staff is super kind and friendly, they all looked after us so well from reception to restaurants. Food was fantastic at Rodies - probably the best meal we had as well as Sofas Taverna in old town Hersonissos. Cooking class was brilliant and well worth the money;...

"Other than the beach, no other restaurants or shopping nearby"

"Lovely hotel. Check in took a little longer than usual. We got ripped off by the taxi from the airport (not the property’s fault but wouldn’t have happened if they had sent us a complimentary shuttle like most other hotels do). Rooms were spacious and nice but housekeeping needs to do better as there were dust and cobwebs in the room. The food was the best part of our stay. The pools are very nice. The beach is a long ways down, not handicap accessible though. Very nice gym and spa. "

"We were upgraded to a bungalow upon arrival but couldn’t find the cabana reserved for it anywhere on the beach. The food was good at the buffet. We like to eat outside, but we were overwhelmed by the amount of cigarette smoke at almost every meal. "
