"Excellent stay! Entire staff was welcoming, knowledgeable and efficient. Meghan at the front desk gets six stars! She's so helpful. Also Marcus and Jaquin (sorry for spelling of name) who helped us with our luggage are the best! Great conversation, lots of good information and above and beyond. Hotel is situated right on the beach. Beach attendants also helpful. Restaurants were all excellent. Delicious food. Shout out to Peter our bartender in Takato and Kaine our waiter at the pool grill....

"We were immediately greeted by a friendly bellman. We were there at 9:30 in the Am and check in was not till 4. We had just planned on leaving our luggage and going to the beach. He said let’s see if your room is ready. Took us to a very friendly and helpful person at front desk who had a room ready and checked us in. Awesome service!! Room was immaculate and well decorated. We were in 34 floor with amazing view. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was amazing with tub and shower and tv in...

"We really enjoyed the Four Seasons. The resort is brand new and so luxurious. We were greeted with champagne, upon arrival. The room was spacious, clean, and had plenty natural light pouring in. Turndown was never missed and little touches in the evening like having water at the nightstands and slippers was appreciated. The property landscaping and pool area are stunning. It's very lush, with nice seating areas and in the evening the pathways are lit with lanterns to create a warm ambience....

"It was nice overall. Hovewer, we were informed that the concierge will reach out and make some recommendations or booking for us. Nobody reached and when we were trying to reach nobody picked up nor answered our emails. That was a disappointment. Also, I booked the hotel because of tennis courts. Nobody told us as well as no information was about reconstruction of tennis courts. Will never come again, it’s far from what we expected. "
