"I loved staying here. It was the perfect hotel for my dad’s birthday. It was so comfortable, clean and so quiet! I have never stayed in a hotel where it was so quiet and I slept amazingly. The staff are amazing, they were so helpful and kind. They were able to give us excellent suggestions for what we could do during our stay. If you can stay here I highly recommend it. It’s conveniently located and a 10 minute walk from the town square. Can’t wait to stay with you again! "

"We stayed at the Unicus Palace Hotel for 3 nights. From the moment we walked in, the staff were very helpful and friendly. Our room was large with a king size bed, which was extremely comfortable. The room is beautifully decorated. Bathroom is large and again beautifully decorated, including the bonus of underfloor heating. Large wardrobe with plenty of space, including a safe. Kettle with tea and a coffee machine to use. Mini bar is well stocked, though like all mini bars expensive to use,...

"Amazing little hotel. I booked in the states before leaving and could not have been happier. Everything around the city was close within walking distance. The staff spoke English and were very helpful. The room was great! Had everything we needed and all the utensils to cook. There is a small 24hr grocery right next to the hotel and a great place from breakfast not 200meters away. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable, showers worked great. I could. Not have asked for a better stay! "

Only drawback it is not in the center but not a problem once you figure out the outstanding Krakow public transport. It will cost you 4 zlotys to get to the center in 10 minutes. "
