Everybody is just so friendly and helpful. My flight was canceled so I came back to where I stayed! The rooms are so comfortable and nice. Would stay again when I’m back in Krakow.

Very quiet hotel in a convenient area. Rooms are small but very comfortable. You are on the main square in a few minutes walk. The staff is so helpful and nice. I highly recommend this hotel!

Awesome/excellent stay. Second time staying at this hotel and it's proven to be consistent/reliable. Hotel/room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Staff were very helpful, courteous, and took pride in their duties. Breakfast was great with a variety of options. Can't beat the location at the north end of Old Town near the Barbican Gate. Short walk from the Main Rail Station or trams. Would definitely stay again.
