"Everything was great. Location was wonderful, staff was excellent, facilities were beautiful. Gym was solid. Garden was nice with a lot of buds on their lemon trees about to bloom. The fruited ice water in the lobby was heavenly after a day of walking around Madrid. My only gripe was that the sauna needed to be booked in advance and I’m not allowed to install random applications on my phone for security reasons. 4.9 out of 5. "
