"I always stay in Josun hotel in Seoul. It is smaller hotel compare with other hotels around.. so not so busy in this hotel so I like it... Staffs are really friendly and kind. I think The hotel need upgrade facilities soon. It is getting slightly outdated When I stay in normal deluxe room, they hanging shared shampoo and shower gel on bathtub wall like public bath(You will received small bottles in Exclusive rooms) I felt like this should NOT be at 5 star hotel level. "The evening staff was very tolerant to me who just flew 13 hours. He never lost his calm and smile. He even handed me some welcoming chocolate cookies. Also, knew how to speak English.
