"Very helpful concierge and door man who went out of their way to help us with directions to our destination . And he actially went out of his way to provide us wirh two cans of drinking water as it was a sunny day! The person who came up with the idea of dessert after dark at the lobby lounge deserves a pat on the back. "As always, I love this hotel. The sea views are spectacular, as are the rooftop bar and pool/gym facilities. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from Whampoa MTR station, so it is a convenient place to stay. My only slight complaint is that the housekeeping team come too early to clean the room. A little later would be better, or to know the routine of guests, to avoid a cat and mouse game. Only a small issue, as overall the hotel is great!"
