"I stayed a couple of nights in a single room with a shared bathroom. It was simple, but clean and comfortable, and it had everything I needed for a short stay. I also liked that the shared bathrooms were single occupancy instead of having to share a bathroom with several other people using different stalls, as I've seen at other hostels. The location was convenient, and it was easily walkable to everything I needed."

"We love staying at Tasman Holiday Parks Christchurch. The playground and games room are great for the kids and having a supermarket and dining options 2 minutes down the road is ideal. My only comment this time around is that our room was lacking hooks to hang things on (towels clothes etc) and a mirror."

"Had a wonderful one nights stay at the Classic Villa. Upon arrival, our hosts told us that we were upgraded and ended up staying in one of the nicest rooms we ever seen. Very charming and warm as a proper B&B should feel. Even though the breakfast time was from 7:30 am, the hosts were up and ready before 7 to accommodate a group of guests that were leaving earlier. "Beautiful property and very friendly owners. The room and common areas were spacious and private. The grounds are well kept, and the house is about to undergo maintenance which should polish it up - not that it needs much. Breakfast was sensational - big serves and really high quality. The owner was very friendly offering site seeing advice when asked, and helping me make a doctors appointment when I got ill (nothing to do with them). Beautiful, I'll go back for sure."
