"need to improve on food QUALITY to represent true VN taste and not just present a cuisine. cause then the customers will think that VN food is not very tasty. Pho has to have the pho flavor, and not just broth and meat. Same with Banh Cuon, Banh Bot Loc, etc... it is okay if the american or european foods is average, but the VN foods has to have some sort of taste to it. "

"Efficient check in, welcoming and extremely helpful front desk staff, very clean, comfortable and spacious room. Housekeeping staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating as were the beach and pool staff and the restaurant service people. The hotel is situated on an absolutely beautiful stretch of white sand beach. Between the many pool areas and the beach, there was never an issue finding a place to sit. Although the resort is located away from more central touristy areas, Grab was a very easy and inexpensive way to travel to those areas and/ or restaurants when we wanted to do so. There is a great supermarket within walking distance (approximately 1 kilometre)."
