"I was greeted by one of lady fron FO team upon my arrival, I left my luggage as I have a meeting to attend. Shirley was assisting me with my check-in, it was quick and professional. The room is clean, spacious, the view are amazing, thanks to the housekeeping team and Nina(maid preparing my room). The breakfast team is very polite, the breakfast is fine to me. I enjoy my stay, Definitely will come back. Thank you! Merci! "

"Check in was terrible. The female receptionist spoke English with a pronounced foreign accent, spoke very quickly and whispered so it was hard to tell what she was saying. I had to keep asking her to repeat everything. Why would they put someone 'front of house' when they are clearly not up to the job."

"Stayed for 2 night's in your hotel. Very helpful receptionist (Gemma) who helped with an extra lamp for the as it was a little dark. Also a fan due to my husbad been very warm. Nothing was to much trouble and all with a smile. The room was very clean and plenty of clean towels and toiletries. Tea/coffee making equipment was lovely. Small fridge with x2 bottles of water. Excellent breakfast with a wide variety to suit all. Definitely recommend this hotel. "

"Perfect for a night out or concert in Birmingham. The room was very small so a longer stay would be rough. Right in the centre so perfect for symphony hall, O2 academy, bullring, and the theaters. Clean and the receptionist was friendly and efficient. A couple of nice bars and resteraunts across the road. "
