"Lovely staff who went over and above to help. We turned up on a busy Saturday night for dinner and the lady at the front desk ran after us after a spot for four opened up suddenly, very kind. We were on floor 5 and could hear quite loud, clear music until the early hours though."

The only thing that didn't work correctly was the fan in the bathroom, but when we requested a small fan, housekeeping immediately brought one to our room. "A really comfy hotel - nice cosy rooms, lovely soft bed (slept really well) and amazingly friendly staff (great level of customer service). The highlight was the included breakfast - breakfast included as standard in my experience has been quite basic, but here the breakfast spread is amazing, and certainly not budget-level. A real treat. I’d go back here in a heartbeat. Fantastic location for events at the Spektrum or Folketeateret."

"The staff was super nice and helpful, the room was large and spacious and clean. Only 2 unexpected issues- I was put in a handicap room, and the shower door did not close so water was everywhere, and the bells from Town Hall are VERY LOUD at night. Not sure if a room on another side of the hotel would have helped? Also not sure if those bells ring every night...."
