I did enjoy my stay again this time, however my only criticism is that this time I ordered pizza on room service off the nighttime menu. When we checked in we weren't asked if we'd like to forego housekeeping, in return for a drinks voucher. We did ask housekeeping not to visit our room, and hung our hanger out. On the last night we heard about the voucher and asked at reception, and were told first we couldn't have one, then we could but only as a special favour. Why? It was your mistake.
