"The place is amazing. However when we were poolside we struggled to get our drinks and food order taken by anyone, then our drinks were forgotten. Staff walked right past us without cleaning our plates or drinks or offering more. We were prepared to stay a while and have few drinks while our kids swam but this didn’t happen. Same service style at dinner as well. But overall amenities are amazing. "
