"Booking 5 months in advance, and arriving late in the evening to check in, I was disappointed to hear that our corner king room was the last one left and that it would be a handicap accessible room. I asked for a different room and after some searching we were upgraded to an executive king suite which was not only amazing but a pleasant surprise for our 5 night stay. Highly recommend this hotel with its professional staff, excellent service, and breath-taking views. "

"1. Enjoy the residence type of hotel room 2. Microwave, Big enough refri, and Small washing mashine is predictable 3. Beam projector! it could use the ceiling as the back screen! It was really entertaining! 4. It’s better to remove the TV and set up the back screen on the wall. 5. If you have a plan to visit the Lotteworld, you should select this hotel. There is a seperate and secret passge to the Lotteworld! 6.Cons: lower floor for the residence. not a good view for the traveller. "
