"This was a beautiful property in a quiet area opposite Henrietta Park but within minutes of walking to central Bath with its wide variety of restaurants and shopping options. The staff were terrific-courteous, friendly and helpful. There is a cosy bar where you can get lovely cocktails as well as good wines and the usual other drinks. "We had the deluxe room and it was fantastic, the bathroom was massive with a great shower and a bath. The bed was large comfortable. As well as tea there was a French press with Illy coffee supplied and also a good de-cafe. The staff were very friendly and helpful. A lovely place to stay. "

"The property was outstanding from the room & bed to the Wi-Fi and freshly cooked breakfast. Fresh slices of cake were placed in the room daily, which was a lovely personal touch. The room also had smart TV with Netflix available. The owner was amazing with his knowledge and tips for the tourist attractions, eating out and local sites to see. We had laundry washed, folded and put back in room for a small fee. Would highly recommend this property, I doubt you could find better. "
