"A luxury resort in the middle of the forest. Full marks for this resort, from the rooms to the restaurant to the reception staff and the cleanliness. Everything is very beautiful. This is my fourth visit, but I was very sad when they told me that the resort would close its doors permanently after a few days."

"This property at best a 2 star hotel. The grounds were dirty abd the report was shoddy with ongoing construction everywhere.. The staff was extremely cold and un helpful. It’s out in the middle of nowhere but not a place where you can sink in and relax. I hardly write bad reviews, but if you are used to 5 star or luxury resorts. Be aware this is not it. The area is very run down also. The surrounding mountains are charming, the resort is not. We left 2 days early with no reimbursement."

"Excellent hotel with very friendly staff, great facilities and very fresh and lovely food. Only issue I would say it cleaners need to be better they tidied rather than cleaned. Luchia on guest relations was amazing lady and best customer service person ever dealt with. She helped sort maintenance issue that without her wouldn’t have got sorted so quickly and she’s very firmed it n sweet!!"

"Very nice compact hotel, its alongside the beach so the sea visible from most areas in the hotel and everything is closeby . The beach was amazing- it was private, with sand where kids could play. There were always spaces available at the beach and pool. The food and drinks were also nice, good variety and desserts were top! all the staff were friendly. The only downside was the fact that the main and kids pools and water slides water temperature was very cold so it was not comfortable to swim...

"Terrible lack of service from both reception and housekeeping. Resort is generally very tired and needs updating/refurbishment. Food is average at best and in our group of 4 all 4 of us had stomach difficulties. Alcoholic drinks are watered down. They charge you for wifi and it barely works. They also charge you to use the safe in the room. Beach is very average compared to others in the local area. Very difficult to find any positives. "
