I’ll break my review into 1/10 vs 8/10 1/10 - When we arrived to your deluxe 2 bedroom, we noticed the air conditioning was not working in one of the rooms. We notified the man, who appeared to be the manager. He said that I had the balancing door open so it didn’t feel like the air was working. I told him there was not balancy in that room. He proceeded to argue with me saying there was one. ...

"This property at best a 2 star hotel. The grounds were dirty abd the report was shoddy with ongoing construction everywhere.. The staff was extremely cold and un helpful. It’s out in the middle of nowhere but not a place where you can sink in and relax. I hardly write bad reviews, but if you are used to 5 star or luxury resorts. Be aware this is not it. The area is very run down also. The surrounding mountains are charming, the resort is not. We left 2 days early with no reimbursement."
