"A fully integrated resort, a luxurious five-star palace, one of the best resorts in the Alanya region, more than an hour away from the airport. The resort’s drawback is that the receptionist’s name is (Arend.) He charged 50 euros without any reason, even though I booked the number in detail. I hope that you will warn the employees not to exploit them so that the resort does not lose its customers, and I am the first of them. I will not return for this resort"

"We stayed at this hotel 4 years ago. We were satisfied. We came again, but I regretted it. I am orthopedically disabled, I can walk with the support of a cane. At the entrance, my wife and I had to carry the suitcases from the reception to the room. They did not help us. Even though we bought a normal standard room, they found us very small.
