While I stay at many Four Seasons locations this one has the most amazing customer care, so much attention to detail surrounded my caring staff. Louis at the Concierge is the best at his job and makes the most impossible request possible."

"Beautiful hotel with very friendly and approachable staff, very clean, great location - 7 mins from metro (walking) and 30 from Champs Elysee - bolt is £11 / €13 to get virtually anywhere from hotel. Great bar, facilities are lovely. No feedback for improvement. "

"Gorgeous hotel with wonderful amenities and location. However, check in was very slow and tedious. Daily room service was poor, often left dirty glasses, did not replenish amenities and one day - no service at all, just a quick turn down without replenishing dirty glasses. Needs work! "

"The service was impeccable, from the moment we stepped in, our check in was pleasant, and reception staff went out of their way to show us to our room, and around the hotel, we even had a personal note from reception with complimentary vouchers to utilise in the bar, due to slight wait to get checked in. Hadrian on the concierge desk was exceptional and helped recommend and book a table at close by restaurant, and when we requested directions he kindly walked us to the restaurant and got us...
