"We had a lovely time in our room overlooking the bay and Alcatraz. The gingerbread house and the tree were fabulous. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet at the Laurel Court.The location is perfect for walking to Union Square and Chinatown. We also visited Grace Cathedral and the Winter Wonderland next-door. It was a perfect weekend."

"The property looks great, the room looks great, the staff was friendly and professional but that is expected at 5 Star hotel. The chocolates on the room was a nice touch, I wasn't expecting that. However there were 2 issues that I expect at a 5 star hotel. 1) The front desk doesn't have credit card tapb technology, many people don't carry physical card anymore, they are loaded on their phones to be used with tap. 2) They need to work on the response time on messaging in the app and texting.
