Riom very ckean and glasses in room never cleaned nor changed out via housekeeping. We even tipped. Also, hostess at Olive and Hay rude during dining encounter. Vinryard view was parking lot and linen station - photo. Had them move us although paid for thae upgraded view.

I pay one bedroom for two Queen beds in Expedia show me a nice room but when i check in just tell me oh your room is on construcción repairs something and they give me the last bedroom in the very corners i just pay lot money for noting after that the shower is just hot water i always use Expedia because they work just with hotels high quality not like this hotel sad very sad
