Super convenient and close to everything. The room waa not as big as we hoped and not much privacy because our balcony was right in front of the pool so we had to keep curtains closed. Breakfast was delicious. Staff was very friendly.

Great location within steps to the Pier. Great staff and many safety precautions put in place including someone working at the door, secure elevators, etc. Loved the fire pits outside as well

The rooms at this property need To be upgraded. The TV was not a smart TV, our heater didn’t work for three days, there was no hot water in the sink, and one of our lights went out. We ended up switching rooms, which was much better, but then the refrigerator wasn’t working in that room. What we loved about the property was the location, the breakfast was phenomenal each day!

I’ve stayed here many times, I always love it, the only problem I would say is with housekeeping invading my privacy even with a do not disturb sign on the door. I’ve talked to the front seat about not being disturbed when doing late checkout, and even when approved by the front desk, I’ve had housekeeping try to walk in, it’s extremely frustrating. Other than that, it’s a beautiful hotel and a great location

I would not recommend this place. When getting off the elevator, it was instantly cold. There was a window that was busted with no caution tape or anything. We get to our room, which was at the very end of the hall. The vent and window were partially open. The actual room was okay. The bathroom setup is odd. You can literally hear EVERYTHING going on outside at all hours of the night. We could then hear screaming and yelling at midnight when a fight broke out and the cops ended up showing up. I barely slept all night due to the honking happening all night.

There was nothing to like....it wasn't a very nice hotel for the price. They charged me a "resort" fee when I got there. I have no idea what that could be for, it's not a resort and there were no amenities except breakfast...which is I guess why they are charging the fee, and then marketing it as free. They charged for EVERYTHING. For toothpaste, for soap...it was like flying spirit airlines, but in hotel form.

Nice Hotel, clean and safe. Close to everything. Great breakfast to start your day. The only thing we didn't like was the bathroom. Separate tiny room for shower and toilet and separate room for vanity and closet. We would prefer one larger enclosed bathroom. Other than that, no complains.

Although I liked the hotel very much, I was upset they charged me for an additional person because I had a breakfast guest one day. They charged me the additional person for everyday I was there and wouldn't adjust the bill.
