"The check in and out process was smooth. The hotel have good amenities, a series of activities and programs for guests and even kids. Regular shuttle bus services to Bali Collection and the beach are good. We particularly enjoyed the large swimming pool."

All staffs are friendly, we really enjoyed staying at Conrad hotel, and definitely come back."

"Staff and overall stay was lovely. I was a little upset that my door jammed locked and I was stuck waiting in the lobby for 45 minutes and they didn’t offer much empathy and no compensation, but I understand they don’t have to do that. The AC didn’t ever go below 22 celcius which won’t be pleasant for those that like it cold at night. Very nice toiletries and bathrooms. Pool area is gorgeous and the bar food and drinks were great.
