"The room was great, we booked the honeymoon suite and it did not disappoint. We also booked massages but since it’s right by the main road (which is like hotel row) it was kind of loud with traffic noise and not as relaxing as I’d usually experience in a “spa”. The availability of staff was also a bit limited which means we had to wait until like 8 am to go ask them questions etc. it worked out but as early risers a bit frustrating. "We stayed in a one bedroom apartment which seems like recently renovated. Good size apartment with enough space for kids. Big spa bath in the bathroom. Very clean and tidy. Nice heated pool. Mini golf and kids play are is great too. Definitely will come back. "

"This is a very pretty, instagram able hotel. It is clean and the staff was very nice. The reason I am not giving it 5 stars is that the rooms do not have a deadbolt, chain, or other way for someone inside the room to lock the room so that a hotel employee with a key cannot enter. This is a dealbreaker for me - I would not have stayed here if I had known. The reason is that years ago in another country a hotel employee entered my room with a key and assaulted me.
