"Great place to stay for a visit to Paignton and surrounding area. Very convenient with a view of the sea. I had a single, ensuite room which was great as a solo traveller, not always this option at some hotels. Gary and James were very welcoming, cleanliness was excellent and a great breakfast. I will visit again. Thank you."

"Had a lovely 2 night stay in cosy 1 over the weekend ..Tom and Rosie were excellent hosts and very quick to reply to messages Nothing negative to say as everything was as described ..everything was clean , comfortable beds and a great space to relax , close to everything and lots to do for the kids … We definitely recommend staying here and this will be our go to place when we are in Paignton again .. "The room was good size , well equipped and comfortable, the shower however was a little disappointing with intermittent hot/cold water The staff were helpful and the pool and spa were fantastic, the best steam room I’ve ever been in Easy accessible to the beach and station All in all a lovely stay "

"We had a 3 night stay, along with other family members staying 2 nights. The hotel is very conveniently located, close to the sea front and amenities in Paignton. Our room was so comfortable and homely, absolutely spotlessly clean. The welcome from the hosts was so friendly and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble throughout our stay and the communication was good from booking to leaving. We would certainly be sure to book again when visiting the area.Our choice for booking this hotel was...

"Clean single room with private bathroom. Bed is standard pillow is fluffy. Towel is clean and fully disinfected. Host is nice and shared me information of attraction in Paignton. I had a late request on parking and she managed to arrange that. Superb service!"
