"The room was good size , well equipped and comfortable, the shower however was a little disappointing with intermittent hot/cold water The staff were helpful and the pool and spa were fantastic, the best steam room I’ve ever been in Easy accessible to the beach and station All in all a lovely stay "

"Hotel it's self was very basic and outdated. Positive: Rooms were clean and comfy. Very great size and location. Very close to the pier and amenities. Parking on site which is very helpful with a busy beach front. Negatives: Paint peeling off the ceiling and mouldy lampshade could do with being replaced. TV signal was very spotty, unable to watch any channels. WiFi was spotty and not really usable in room. Bedroom heater left on full when we arrived making the room extremely uncomfortable...

"Great place to stay for a visit to Paignton and surrounding area. Very convenient with a view of the sea. I had a single, ensuite room which was great as a solo traveller, not always this option at some hotels. Gary and James were very welcoming, cleanliness was excellent and a great breakfast. I will visit again. Thank you."

"We had a 3 night stay, along with other family members staying 2 nights. The hotel is very conveniently located, close to the sea front and amenities in Paignton. Our room was so comfortable and homely, absolutely spotlessly clean. The welcome from the hosts was so friendly and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble throughout our stay and the communication was good from booking to leaving. We would certainly be sure to book again when visiting the area.Our choice for booking this hotel was...

"Hans was very accommodating to facilitate a late check in due to a train delay. Excellent Menu options and breakfast was of a high standard. Room fully equipped with everything I needed. Would recommend and would certainly stay again if back in Paignton. Railway station is less than 10 mins walk and the seafront less than 5 mins very central location"
