5 Star Hotels in Palm Springs, California

"The property itself was absolutely beautiful! The only issue is it’s extremely expensive and built like a labyrinth. Even with a map, it took us an hour to find our room. We couldn’t park right next to the room, And as we were going through the corridors, It was real easy to miss a turn, and the rooms and entrances into the rooms were not marked very well at all. Anytime I’ve gone to a five star hotel like this before I’ve always had a bellman guide us to the room. That did not happen here...

The how are you, was responded by me, about the crowded airport and obtaining my luggage was a circus due to a two groups, one flying in and one out. She immediately put me at ease and offered me something to drink. She then said we are going to make sure you relax and offered me a seat while she processed me.
