"The staff were fantastic! They went above & beyond in every aspect! The property is beautiful! Beds & linens are comfy. The breakfast buffet is outstanding! Loved the location with its proximity to everything we came to see in Porto! Walkable to everything! We enjoyed the rooftop bar! I highly recommend this property! My only complaint was the noise at night created by the bar area nearby. "

"This is a beautiful hotel. The lobby and rooms are gorgeous and it is in a very easy area to walk many places. The bell staff even worked extra hard to repair my suitcase handle (which they did!) which was extra appreciated. Top rate staff and hotel all around. "

"Excellent stay and great staff. The only comment I have was the parking, the license plate reading was not working and so it created a bit of frustration and inconvenience, outside of this everything was awesome! "

"Our stay was destroyed as on departure day we discovered our electric car wasn’t charged. Despite I reminded the staff twice to do it and tipped the porter. Very nice hotel but not 5* service. "

"The hotel is comfortable and stylish and the lobby is very attractive. The staff were incredibly helpful and very pleasant. The food in the restaurant is very good including the vegetarian options. We ate there twice even though we had the whole city to choose from. The only downside was that there was a strange porthole window from the bedroom to the bathroom so you could see people using the toilet. They should put frosted or distorting glass in this window. It is not normal. "

"The staff was very helpful. We arrived at the hotel in the morning, and front desk held our luggage until check in time. The room was spacious and comfortable. It’s in an excellent location. Very clean and new. Outstanding."
