"A clean and well accessible hotel. The staff are friendly. You have priority reservations in the attached cafe. The gym is small, but has what you need. Plenty of seating area in the bar/lobby if you want to buy food and eat it in the hotel areas. "

"This is a lovely, boutique hotel right in the heart of Prague. It is ideally located, 10 mins walk from the Old Town Square and Wenceslas Square, with easy river/bridge access. Everything you need is close and it's only a 3 minute walk from the nearest metro station that goes to/from the airport. Breakfast was very good, rooms are comfortable and spacious, the beer spa and bar is a very nice amenity and our favorite part was Gabby's, the Irish Pub across the street where we spent a couple fun nights while there for New Year's. Would go back! "

"Service was amazing from the reception staff. Check in was faultless (minus the long queue)! The 4*’s were for things like the bath tub/shower area was quite dated in comparison to the rest of the room and not the cleanest, there was no hair conditioner, just an empty bottle but we survived. Rooms could have been cleaned everyday for the price we paid (almost £250 a night). Hot water was good, instant every time, no long wait for it to warm up. Pillows weren’t the comfiest, woke up with a neck ache every morning but I won’t take that personally. Hardly any choice on the TV but we could not fault the location, it was close to where we needed to be. Overall it was a good stay."
