"Great staff all round at check in and checkout and breakfast was very good. A bit disappointed with the shower head, which came off during a shower and could have hurt someone. However the response was prompt and it was fixed with a sincere apology. I love staying here and will def stay here again. "

"Our 2nd stay at the stock exchange hotel and i have to say it was even better than the 1st time. Amazing customer service from Deepak and Nigel at the concierge, very knowledgeable and the communication throughout was first class. Our room was immaculate, the beds are so comfy and also has a pop up Smart TV at the end of the bed. Breakfast is in a lovely setting and was very nice. All in all another great stay and would highly recommend."
