It has quite a trendy vibe in the lobby area.However, most of the chairs are very worn and look dirty. Bedroom carpet is cheap looking and the pillows were stained without protectors on!! 11 floors up and it was so noisy I had little sleep.

Pro: The front desk was very helpful and very quick resolving a payment issue. Con: There was a blood spot on the sheets and the loo paper was almost empty. No tissues in the room Pro: Front desk was quick as a whip fixing the problem!

Motel One is in a great location, close to train station, tram lines and a short walk to shops and restaurants. It was clean and the staff were pleasant. The only negative things i would comment on is the bar is massively overpriced - £4 for a bottle of water and nearly £5 for a 330ml bottle of beer. Our shower head was also loose and didnt stay in place so had to hold it in place while showering.
