Stayed here for one night whilst doing a spot of shopping. I was very surprised with how comfortable and modern the rooms where especially for such a low price the cleanliness of the rooms where fantastic also breakfast was good only complaint would be the size of the plates and glasses found myself going backwards and forwards to get refills. But all in all a brilliant hotel

Lovely hotel staff were very nice and always helpfull and pleasant . Room was clean and tidy and there was no noise at night . Its about 5 minutes walk to the nearest tram stop and the Trafford Centre .Would visit again

Nice hotel for my friends and I on a one night visit. Room was clean and comfortable. There was tea and coffee available in the room. Nice shower with a lovely shower gel and shampoo provided. Front desk staff were really friendly and kind. Parking was easy and breakfast was good.

Breakfast is an awful experience, hotel is ok.
Stayed in the hotel for a United game. Hotel location is good tram stop nearby. Room had some marks on the floor, nothing major but not overly clean. The worst part was breakfast. I would rather pay extra for breakfast than the entire hotel have it offered for free as there was no way for staff to either manage numbers or keep on top of the breakfast buffet. We went at 9am. No plates. No where to sit. No rolls or croisants - all gone not to be replenished. No fruit or yoghurts. The hot food was always out of items never a hash brown in sight - so we could not get a full breakfast. Absolutely one of the worse breakfast experiences we have had and we wouldn’t return because of this next time we come for the football. I appreciate they were busy with guests from the match the previous evening, but there needs to be some system to cope with large numbers all in one go.
