It is a well-run, tidy and clean hotel, with an excellent quality/price ratio for basic necessities. The location is absolutely central and fantastic. The only significant improvement is the possibility of dampening the noise from other rooms and people talking in the corridor: probably the walls are really very thin.

Immaculately clean large room with large TV. polite helpfull staff. Carpets in corridors were not clean and no food available. Overall much better than I expected for the price paid.

It is a great hotel, clean, friendly staff. The only problem we had is that we booked a room without windows and it was so hot even with 2 fans on. It was difficult to sleep we will stay here again but we will get a room with a window.

I booked the hotel it didn’t say anything about bringing I.D and when I got there they turned me away and didn’t let me stay terrible service from the person at reception very rude

Stayed on the 27/05/2025. After checking in my partner called into the local shops whilst i dropped our bags in the room, upon meeting in the hotel reception my partner was visibly upset, asked why whats happened, the 2 male staff were loudly talking about our age difference using our surnames. They clearly didn't realise one of was sat in reception ! Totally ruined our stay.
