"Overall we had a lovely week staying at the Secrets Lanzarote Resort. We award a 5* for the staff, especially Macarena, Head of Customer Experience, for her professionalism, approachability, and all round efforts to make our stay go well. "Superb escape for some Easter sun. The only negative is they need to enforce the 1 hour sunbed reservation rule. Too many people take advantage and turn it into a towels-on-sunbed race in the morning, which really spoils the whole experience."

"The hotel is beautiful, rooms are wonderful, food is very good. It is centrally located so you can easily visit the whole island. The hotel is somewhat sparsely staffed, but everyone is friendly and helpful. We visited during the summer and the trade winds were so strong umbrellas couldn't be opened, which left us with no shade whatsoever. Kitesurfing was great though! Overall a wonderful stay."

"Had a nice stay at Gran Tagoro recently with my family. The hotel is great, rooms clean and staff friendly. Food is ok, but got boring later in the stay, always the same at breakfast and lunch. We did not get dinner."

"Villa Vik was a great place for a peaceful holiday with excellent accommodation, food and staff. Swimming in the pool was a real pleasure. Our only reservation was that there were too few staff on duty; often it appeared that just one person had to set tables, staff reception and serve drinks at the bar / pool. They did so cheerfully and helpfully but were stretched."

"La Finca Isolina is a fabulous B&B with spectacular views of the sea. The breakfasts are wonderful and the dinner we had was cooked with fresh, all local ingredients by a professional chef. We would love to return!"
