"Negative: though not the hotel’s fault but something to keep in mind. Some of the hotel guests can be a bit rude and self centered. I was next inline for check in but a hotel guest just walk right up to the counter from the side as I was about to take my turn. I also noticed some hotel guests can be very loud. Arrived at the hotel with a lines of other guests doing chek-in /out , so the staffs offered me a complimentary mini afternoon tea at their restaurant (this is very warm) ! Once my little rest is almost done, they sent out the key to my table and told me I can let them know whenever I m ready so their reception staffs will lead me to my room.
