"Location is amazing Linked to a paid park with easy access to vicinity. Lovely architecture and service was impeccable. We stayed in the suite which was very large and fully stocked with amenities. Only feedback we have was the air-conditioning which on query is actually partly centralised. Overall a definite recommendation to stay here when you come to Suzhou. In fact, I'd recommend you explore the hotel and park grounds 1st before you head out to explore Suzhou old town"

"A stay for my random trip to SuZhou. Arrived at the hotel with a lines of other guests doing chek-in /out , so the staffs offered me a complimentary mini afternoon tea at their restaurant (this is very warm) ! Once my little rest is almost done, they sent out the key to my table and told me I can let them know whenever I m ready so their reception staffs will lead me to my room. The room is clean, well decorated with Modern Chinese Style. Love the Frédéric Malle toiletries since they smells...

"Negative: though not the hotel’s fault but something to keep in mind. Some of the hotel guests can be a bit rude and self centered. I was next inline for check in but a hotel guest just walk right up to the counter from the side as I was about to take my turn. I also noticed some hotel guests can be very loud. I have stayed at this hotel twice to date and it happened twice. Positive: the manager at the hotel did a nice job of handling my situation when I was checking in. She was...
