"Great Location! Luxury at a budget friendly pricing, spacious, yet quiet. Amazing views. Two years in a row, and planning on coming back next December. I forgot my expensive medicine, the cleaning staff found it, I was able to speak with them via hotels.com and they are mailing it back to me in the US. Now I call that customer service!"

"It was very good value for a night’s stay midweek and the room was comfortable. It was quite noisy until well after midnight. Breakfast was quite expensive for a standard buffet and the coffee was not great. "

"Excellent location hotel very good. Had breakfast first morning they didn’t give my husband what he’d ordered and my advocado on toast was watery. Service was poor so went elsewhere the following morning but thankfully we weren’t charged for it "

"Got checked into my room 45min late but they did upgrade my room to the junior suite from the king balcony room, did ask for them to do some bday arrangements as in decorate of some sort nothing was done except giving a chocolate tart no swimming pool which is a let down "
