"Great CBD location but we arrived on a Sunday evening ( from a very long flight from UK!) and their restaurant is closed on a Sunday. That’s crazy for a 5 star hotel. We had to walk off to the harbour or get room service. Fine normally just not what you’d expect from Westin. Also, for the club floor it’s very basic and seems a bit mean. I asked for poached eggs ( rather than scrambled) and was told I’d have to pay extra! They stop serving drinks at 7. It’s all just a bit tight. Other club floors...

"Hotel itself is ok - typical QT. The location is not the best - doesn’t deal that safe but rooms etc nice However, my biggest complaint and the reason I won’t stay here again is that I arrived early (~11am) and although my room was ready they charged me $30 an hour for early checkin… I find this disgraceful - they certainly didn’t offer me a $30 an hour refund when I checked out at 8am… I have no problem waiting for check in time if the room is not ready but to have the room available and...
