We had a small issue with our balcony and the problem was fixed within an hour which shows fabulous service from the staff. The reception staff were very friendly and always willing to help. The pool area and gym was also excellent. "

"I can’t believe how beautiful this place is ! Best resort in Hamilton island. Everything is accessible. Free shuttles to take you anywhere you want all you need is to call and they pick you put and drop you off anywhere. The staff are amazing, honestly so lovely and their service couldn’t fault. I would recommend this place if you want an outstanding experience. Loved every moment at the beach club ! Thank you guys so much for making this an experience. "

"The room was huge, with a great balcony with great view The only complaint was bed mattress seemed to slope and no dishcloth to wipe benches. Toiletries supplied was one tube shampoo and one tube bodywash for 2 ppl, staff very friendly"
