"Loved the hotel, great view of the lake! Staff was vey attentive and friendly. However keep in mind if visiting in late November there are very few restaurants and shops in the area that are open but you do have more options if you travel a few minutes north. "

"The hotel looked great from the outside. Inside reception was also nice but carpet on stairs a bit grubby, but dogs were allowed in the hotel so not a surprise. Reception staff amazing, extremely helpful, kind & nothing was too much trouble. The same can be said about the breakfast staff & cleaners, a really professional & helpful team. "Vinci Sirmione - small hotel but perfectly formed ! Beautiful location overlooking the lake, convenient for a short stroll into town. Breakfast is varied and served in the lovely breakfast room overlooking the lake. Lovely warm pool. Rooms comfy and modern. No complaints and would highly recommend. IF I was going to suggest anything, I would make sure Rosè wine was available as they had none and that my wine of choice ! "

"The room was comfortable and the bathroom nice. The hallway was a bit noisy in the morning as the cleaning staff went about their business - not really able to sleep in. breakfast was really good. Front desk staff nice. Staff in the spa was not helpful or friendly - in my opinion, a phone call should not take priority over three couples standing in line. But generally, a very good place to stay."

"Our flight was a little delayed so we arrived at the hotel a little late. The receptionist was very friendly and offered us water as it was a long journey. We checked into our room (there was 4 of us), and we couldn't have asked for a better room. Spacious, clean and comfortable beds. Good size bathroom as well with a power shower. The only drawback to the bathroom is that it needed hooks behind the bathroom door to hang clothes, but it was a minor inconvenience. Breakfast was also very good...

"The hotel was lovely, location is convenient to get to the town centre, with a shuttle service from the hotel to the town available throughout the day. We went during off season so a lot of the on-site dining options weren’t available but they did still have one restaurant open. The spa facilities were great, very reasonably priced and the free parking was greatly appreciated as we did hire a car. Only criticism would be that the rooms are very modern but the bathrooms are not, with no ventilation fans or windows in the bathroom. "

"Was a great location with a shuttle bus into town .The staff were very friendly,the breakfast was the best selection of goods I have ever seen .Catering for all nationalities. The evening buffet was a great food choice and v good value for money ,includes wine ! The rooms could do with a bit of an update but when the view and queen size bed ,tea & coffee in room .what's not to love "

"This property is awesome. The views are different from each unit, but the one we had was beautiful. The unit was roomy, comfortable. The employees at the office are very pleasant and helpful. The parking spots are tiny, and we had hard time parking our large SUV, but other than that this place is incredible."
