Very nice friendly staff and wide room which we loved! My room had no view from windows but spacious room and bed, and hot shower were worth to stay! Walkable to Grand Central Station was great too!

Maria at the front desk went above and beyond! We were 10 hours late checking in, tired and frustrated! Maria offered us water immediately answered all questions and was incredibly kind. Every time Maria saw us, she took the time to make sure we were happy and always offered to help with anything we needed. And above it all, she did it with a smile! Well done! I will stay here again and again
