"The staff was so friendly and accommodating. We arrived to the hotel early and they held onto our luggage for us and called me when our room was ready (even earlier than the check-in time). And when we had an early flight the staff helped us get a ride to the airport quickly. The facilities are very clean, beautiful and accessible. "Overall a good spot to stay if you're visiting NYC. Can't really be helped that the surrounding area is a bit dodgy, but the hotel itself was safe and clean and had a decent breakfast. The staff isn't overly friendly but they aren't rude. It's super close to the subway as well and has parking for a not exorbitant price, which was key for us. "
