4 stars is definately 1 too much here.
Quite old-fasion and not well cleaned - very dusty in corners etc. Breakfast was a chaos with no tables available - and very crouded buffet! When I finally found a table, placed my plate and went for a cup of coffee (took aprox 10 min!), it was removed when I came back, and once again did not had any place to sit. Staff were very friendly though.

Fantastisk personale
Hotelpersonalet var SÅ fantastiske. Min datter havde glædet sig SÅ meget til et værelse med badekar, men da vi kom op på værelserne var der ikke noget. Vi skulle dog hastigt videre, så fik ikke ageret her. Senere på aftenen, da vi kom retur kunne min datter slet ikke slappe af. Rengøringen på deres værelse var ikke helt i top, og hun kunne slet ikke abstrahere fra det og hun var så skuffet over det manglende badekar. Min mand gik ned og snakkede med receptionen, og vupti så tryllede de et værelse frem med badekar, selvom det oprindelige værelse var taget i brug. Så søde og hjælpsomme.

Not high standard
The shower was to high up and not ajustable. No place to put your toilet bag and things - in need of a table top or other to put clean close or other stuff both bathroom and room. To small for 3 people (the room was for 4 people) no aircondition - the headbord of the beds was filled with small feathers (from the pillows?!) and the rug was old and dirty.

Super location. Wish better bathroom cleaning.
Very central location - nice room - fine lobby - very nice staff. The bathroom was not cleaned the 2nd day! And la poubelle not emptied!

No VIP, even it said in the booking
I'm a Silver member, where there should be free drinks at arrival, which the hotel didn't offer... absolutely no advantage being Silver member, or have the VIP service here?
