I rented a bike a few times, which was great, but the rental policy wasn't clear. one employee said I could rent for one or more days, one said I could only rent one day at a time, and then the return policy isn't clear - do I owe the key back the next morning or does a day rental have a time limit at night? Not a big deal, just a little confusing."

"Overall experience was very good, staff were helpful albeit some quite green employees who weren't trained as well as they could be, and leaving them on duty is not ideal as there is a limit to what they can do. Building was beautiful and bar areas was lovely but very expensive with some average cocktail choices so had to ask for more specific ones. We had issues with the room temperature, the fans would turn on and not pump out heat, even with it off, it was on. So the room temperature was...

"Best part of hotel is that its very close to central station. Walking distance 3 mins so its perfect if you are here for couple of days to see the city. Rooms and bathrooms are small but very clean."
